The size of the holes for the screw is too small, even butterfly anchors were not able to counteract the leverage.

I love this product line - had it in my old house - it is high quality, great design and useful.

Great looking, space saving, and it's hard to find 2 swinging arms on a towel holder. Unfortunately, it is poorly designed as there is only one tiny screw keeping it in place on the wall. The whole thing rotates 60 degrees once you put a single towel on it. Perhaps one could counteract this by installing the wall anchor 60 degrees the other direction, but for this price the darn thing should work perfectly the first time. Fail.

Installs easily. Seems to be good quality construction. Simple and elegant design. Arms move smoothly. I use it to hang a towel for drying after wiping down the bathtub. Very happy with this purchase.
