The wheelchair is not sturdy enough even when all four wheels are locked in the shower. My mom leaned forward a little bit and the chair flipped forward and my mom fell out causing her to fall on the shower floor.

sorry I couldn't give it a ZERO! It went in the trash. We carefully unpacked it knowing if it could be returned it needed returned that way . A million pieces but notpossible to repack. So then we decided to be optimistic, it's what we want, and took out directions. The ONLY paper was one sheet ALL in Chinese.The steps were little pictures,difficult to see...and only Chinese.

Well- the instructions are 100% in another language- we don't even know what it is- would have never expected Wayfair to have product on site that did not either clearly state "product has AT LEAST 50 individual pieces and instructions are written in a language that someone living in GEORGIA, US is VERY UNLIKELY to understand." We were so happy when we saw it- put together as advertised in English, we thought it would be perfect to help my 90 year old step dad, but now it is a frustration in a box that we dread trying to figure out how to put together! I hope I can say it is functionally great- it is light weight, but that's all I can say now
