Purchased an “open box“ expecting perhaps minor blemishes however the countertop had a major crack and the front cabinet also was off of its hinge and broken so neither the cabinet nor the sink top was usable. It should never have been sent out. Wayfair did refund the item however we were left to dispose of it, which was not the easiest task. Waste of time and energy..

My vanity showed up damaged. The outside box had absolutely no damage to it but when my contractor opened the box to install it, the vanity was damaged at the base. The hardware - specifically the handles to open the doors had some dark marks on them that aren't coming off with cleaning. If I had received a perfect piece i would have given a much higher rating.

At this price point, we expected a lot better. One of the legs was badly broken, even though the packaging seemed fine outside, there's a dent in the wood on one side of the door opening, there are other problems with scratches or marks on the front of the doors, and the door handles are both scratched and out of alignment.
