This size shower pan was difficult to find locally. I was so pleased that Wayfair saved the day!

At no point, even including outer trim, does this base measure 36 inches. The area you have to stand on barely measures 31 inches. Now I have to pay $56 to return it. Ordered a drain standard drain plug shipped in the USA and Wayfair was going to charge me over $50. to return it or I was offered $7 refund without return shipping it. Very disappointed in Wayfair and will be very careful of purchases with them in the future
