This is a beautiful tub. I am leaving a one-star review based on a delivery issue. The tub was delivered in an opened and flimsily taped box -I contacted Wayfair immediately, concerned about potential missing parts. I’m no plumber, so I had to wait for the contractor to inspect and let me know. This was NOT a “open box” item, by the way. Finding a part missing, I contacted customer service today asking for the part to be sent express delivery. This is a major hiccup in our project. They have assured me the part will be shipped out one week from today. Total FAIL.
