The term "value engineering" comes to mind, as the unit is quite lightweight. The chrome plating is just fine, however, and the unit will look good installed. All the items I purchased: towel bar, towel ring and robe hook, install by means of a small bracket attached to the wall. The unit is held to the bracket with a set screw visible at the bottom of the bell. Standard, easy install.
