The towel rack is nice, but it is not configured for hard wiring, and my electrician did not feel comfortable splicing the wires manually. The hard wiring kit is not included.

The towel bar arrived in great shape. It was shipped in one day. The quality is great. I love the color and the hardware package was taped to the product. The shipping could not have been better, I am happy with this purchase as I had looked and compared products similar on line. The price was great as it is listed as a close out.

Fantastic so far. It is just what I wanted and the delivery came in one day! Heats the towels and keeps out small bathroom nice and cozy. Easy to install too.
