Cool design, low heat, poor hardwire setup. No other heater looks this good, but there's a reason it's 1/10th the cost of other heaters out there. It doesn't put out a lot of heat. Don't expect your towel to be warm unless you proactively turn this thing on an hour before. Also, hanging towels like this isn't really efficient at heating them. We primarily use it as a post shower heater that dries the towels a little faster, preventing mildew smells and allowing for a dry towel if we shower both at night and then again in the morning. Lastly, for hardwired setups, you of course need a junction box in the wall at the exact position, otherwise you just need to have the plug dangling down and to an outlet. When hardwiring, you will need to buy a blank 1 gang plate. I founds some great matte black metal blank plates elsewhere for cheap. Then, have a hole cut in the center like the square of the mounting point. The mounting point leg with the cable needs to be able to go INTO the blank plate about 1/4" so the whole unit mounts flush on the wall. You'll see in the pic I also added some 3D printed components to make a cleaner install. Make sure you have a rubber o-ring around the leg entering the junction box to minimize water intrusion.

This towel bar is great if you don’t want to take up too much space. It heats up well, dries towels quickly and heats them up again for post-bath. The design is unique and appealing in our new space.

Well, I had an electrician hardwire this rack. It works great, but, the pegs to hang the towels on weren’t included I can’t find replacement parts.

I put this in our guest house, nothing but rave reviews from our guests. Soggy towels are yucky!

Have not installed it yet, but looks like it's built well. Heats up in a few minutes with temperature and timer options.
