Great rack for drying warming towels and clothes.

The idiot that delivered this item leaned it up against our mailbox by the road. I did not receive the item. I will never order from Wayfair again and will advise against ordering from Wayfair. This entire transaction has been a disappointment

This thing is great! Perfect for a temporaryrental situation where we did not want to penetrate walls or do any installation

Easy to assemble and install, conveniently plugs in. Works well. Could have hidden bracket screws for nicer appearance.

The material is good. I like the matte finish of the metal. it’s easy to use and a function is pretty well so far. It’s been two weeks however there are two items that’s taking one star away. 1. The way the brackets are holding the rack is very loose. Unless to fix the brackets onto the wall, the brackets can’t hold the rack very well. 2. It doesn’t have a schedule function. If you forget to turn it on, you won’t have warm towel after your shower. But overall the size and functionality is good for my needs.
