LOVE THIS!! I used it in a flip house I renovated and it was a HUGE selling point! Really completed the spa like vibe I was hoping to achieve.

It works well and our Electrcian was able to hardwire it for us. Works reliably and does its job, just wish it got slightly warmer. It dries the towels to prevent mildew smell but not enough to “warm” the towels for a treat after a shower.
