Nice tile but I order the wrong color

The quality control was horrible. Only about a quarter of the tiles looked like the sample. All the other tiles were almost white with no pattern. Since there was a delay in our having the tiles laid ,it was more than thirty days since we received the tiles and Wayfair refused to take back its defective product. We decided to use the whitish ones in the main part of the bathroom and use the nicer ones in the toilet room since we already had spent over two thousand dollars. We were disappointed to discover that many tiles were not square and they varied in depth and were unusable. Also, many had significant size holes in them. In fact, one had a quarter size hole in the middle that went through and through! After we laid the floor we discovered that a lot of the whitish tiles developed strange stains. Our only recourse was to cover the tiles with special expensive paint, defeating the natural stone look we wanted. The first picture is showing the stained tiles. The second picture is showing the good tiles used in the toilet room. I am so surprised that Wayfair would sell such a poor product.
