Tub is great…nice quality and heavy.

Tub arrived today with pick your own room delivery. They did a fantastic job. It arrived, clean and unscathed and a wood crate which they did take away. I’m a rather large individual and I fit in this tub all the way up to my neck in the water. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

Amazing heat retention. Better than my cast iron (could be due to shape). It's deep, as long as you don't use the seat. Something I didn't think about before hand. Also, takes a while to fill. I thought 60 gallons didn't seem like that much more water.

Arrived very well crated with no damage. Specifications for drain hole placement were exact. We didnt want one with a seat, but the seat in this model is low and this tub has really tall walls. Its incredible heavy, so we think it will retail heat. It gets installed next week, so cant give that part of the review.

The tube is So heavy and needs three six feet tall young men to carry upstairs. The worst nightmare is the attached parts: they were so poorly assembled without being centered and sealed professionally. To stop it from leaking, my contractor took a whole afternoon to undo the attached parts in the drain and reattach with new parts with proper seal. After spending a full day to finally connect the tube and put it down to the given space, we found that the drainage host coming in the package was slashed flat in the given space between floor and tub as the space is too small for it, and the tub can not even drain water! Now we need to hire labors again to lift up the tub and redo the entire connection with shorter drainage water host purchased from a local speciality store. Nightmare! My contractor has over 40 years of professional experiences and is so frustrated to just install this one tub for more than two days! When I am writing this review, he is still shopping for some parts….
