I have had for a few years and needed to replace the sprayer. Once I contacted Pfister I had a new sprayer in a couple days. Thank you Pfister for the many years of support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's beautiful, definitely. BUT...the curve on the faucet is so tight, the water hits ford the back of the sink. Our sink is 16" from front to back and the after hits at the 6" mark. So...when you put a pot in there to fill up, the pot has to be moved so far back you end up hitting the handles with the pot...which turns the after off. Totally clueless design. The curve is also too long so you loose 2" of clearance for those of you with a double sink which is barely enough room to get a small pot under it...unless you set if down in the sink. The nozzle is tough to push back up and you should be using two hands to do it or I see a faucet leak in the near future. It's not held magnetically or by the weight of the counterweight...it's a friction fit so you have to hold the arch with one hand and push up the nozzle with the other...another ridiculous design flaw. It's pretty easy to install as I just had shoulder surgery a few weeks ago and I did it, basically, one handed. I'll wait until we get the new counters and sink in and then I will be taking a pipe cutter to it to shorten the spout so the water comes down in the middle of the sink like it should!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this faucet for almost 3 years and it's outstanding! I love that it has seperate hot and cold handles and the built in sprayer is great! My mother has another brand with a pull out sprayer and it doesn't retract nicely like our model. Still looks brand new after heavy use. Worth every penny!
