I'd had this faucet for only 3 years when the cold tap seized up. It would no longer turn. The company sent me a replacement cartridge, but the handle was so fused to its base (where the red arrow points) that I had to wrench it off, damaging the finish and metal of the tap. Very disappointing. Would not buy again.
