I ordered this faucet however there was no pop-up assembly with it very disappointed as I've never just bought a faucet that didn't have the assembly included

I bought this item over a year ago and was unhappy with the handles from day 1. When Hands are wet and soapy the handles are so smooth that it is hard to turn the handles. Even harder for small children.
