As noted elsewhere in another customer reviews, this faucet is poorly designed. When we remodelled out master bathroom a number of years ago, we selected the Kenzo collection: two sets of faucets for the two sinks in a double vanity, a robe hook, two towel bars, and a toilet paper holder. Nothing wrong with the hook, toilet paper holder or the towel bars but the waterfall feature of the faucets results in water splashing everywhere. In addition, because we have hard water, lime builds up in the waterfall. Another customer mentioned that the square flanges do not stay in place: we have the same problem. Someone else noted that the sink stopper mechanism is not operational. All of these problems are present in both of our faucets. I would not recommend these to anyone!

This is a beautiful, sleek faucet. We just had our bathroom gutted and rebuilt. Our designer selected this faucet. We have 2 sinks. One faucet works ok, but the other faucet only dribbles out. I am very disappointed considering the amount of money we paid for these.

Remodeled my bathroom about 4 years ago and went with the Kenzo fixtures throughout. I recently had a few problems with my sink faucet leaking. I contacted customer service and had replacement parts sent to me within a week, awesome! They even sent me a new shower head as mine had lost a few of the rubber sprayers. Great products and customer service to back them up, highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remodeled my bathroom about 1.5 yrs ago, came across these faucets and simply had to have them! They look so beautiful and elegant in my guest powder room - many many compliments! I have a double sink and having 2 of these faucets truly make a statement. All my guest comment on these faucets and like how the water flows out of them... Very nice and highly recommend.

These are elegant fixtures. I remodeled my master bath in marble and the fixtures are so beautiful with it. Unfortunately the sink tap no longer has any flow (and never did have a strong pressure). The shower fittings are ok. The tub fixture moves around. I have been happy with the look but very unhappy with the performance. Do not recommend.
