Robinet de salle de bain monotrou avec drain Parisa LF-042-PRCC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought one Parisa lav faucet 2 years ago and loved it so much that I reused it and bought another to match when we did a big remodel. Good flow, good spout reach, nice to operate bruched nickel finish holding up really well. Customer service happily sent me a mounting part that I needed for the re-install at no charge. Pfister rocks!

Purchased and installed 2018 - has always worked perfectly. Aerator is an odd size but was able to find replacements.

Bought from Rona. The water is polluted with chemicals from the inside of the tap. Can't put my hand in the water until I run it full blast for a minute both hot and cold. My skin smells of poison chemicals if I use the water right away. What is the matter with this tap? Pop-up drain is big and ugly. Will never buy another Pfister.

I purchased this faucet on 7/1/2022. 8 months later in March 2023 water was leaking steadily out of the base and down the return lines under my bathroom sink. Called support and they are sending 2 cartridges. Not happy with the faucet repair so soon. Customer service was friendly enough. If this happens again ... ?? then I won't be a fan of Pfister.

Like the previous posted review, ours developed a leak at the end of the cold-water line. Instead of replacing a single flex-tube, the entire faucet now needs replaced because the lines are built into the faucet. I can't believe how impractical this is! And we have this same faucet in another bathroom so now how long before that fails?
