This is our second, the first was replaced for a rusting finish after only one year. This one started having the same problem within a years time. This is supposed to be a lifetime finish faucet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my faucet used in my primary kitchen sink. It has dependable over the years with minimal maintenance. The water in our area is very hard and mineral deposit build up is a problem, but the faucet has held up. In the last year, it has begun to squeal a bit, but I assume this is from the water type.

We originally bought a Pfister faucet years ago which needed many repairs through the years. Finally, their excellent customer service rep offered a new faucet to replace the old one. What a solution! I will continue to buy Pfister as long as I live. Their great products and excellent customer service have won my allegiance!

I have now had two of these in my house. The first lasted about a year without issues, the second is still going strong. It is easy to convert with a water filter.
