After 1 year of use in household of two people, the piece that meant to hold shower head has become lose and no longer holds the shower head. This results in shower head no longer can securely stay in 50 degree angle. We looked at the way to tighten the piece but we were unsuccessful. We used this type of shower faucet but different brand in our previous houses and never had issues after decades of use.

I was a bit disappointed when I realized that this piece did not have an on/off switch..My Plummer was able to make it work for me, he used a attachable on/off switch that screwed onto the main shower. So, happy because I love this bar piece.
