Purchased this product a little over 2 years ago and just replaced the inside valves due to leaky shower head. Price pfister sent me the parts for free as this was a lifetime warranty. Great service! Great people and great product. My only complaint is that the handle has become a bit loose over the years. I am also in need of a new hot and cold sticker so our children know which direction to turn the handle without burning themselves. Please help! I've search all over the website and various websites trying to find the right design for this handle. Thank you

We have had this over a year and I love it. You can control the pressure of the shower (a little bit of water vs a lot) AND the temperature. So you can have a shower that is lighter and warm or as much water as possible and warm. You can't get that with just the normal handle to turn on and move it back and forth between the cold and hot as the shower pressure is out of your control. We will be buying a 2nd one for a other bath remodel in a month!
