Difficult to install. Installation tool that was supposed to be included was not. Cannot get the handles properly aligned so that when in off position the lever part of the handle sits properly. Hard to explain. Frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

We have tightseal design in the other bathrooms too so we really like this. There's no leak and the finish does not leave water stains so it's very easy to maintain. Overall, we've been happy with it. We've been using it for a couple months now with no issue.
