I have two of these and both have been replaced. One of the two replacements has already started leaking again form the handle & hot water connection, only 2 years later. Installation is difficult, the Locknut wrench provided is too short & plastic. It should be at least 18 inches long to clear the sink basins to tighten to countertop and metal, so it does not slip off the Locknut when tightening.

Our faucet makes noise when turning on cold or cold/hot water, Not sure if it is just the aerator which needs to be cleaned out or what. If it is, we can't figure out how to remi=ove it from the spray head.

The buttons to switch back and forth between settings stopped working pretty quick after install, but we just limped along. Now they are so stuck that no water will even come out. Really unfortunate, as this was not a cheap faucet.

I love this faucet, but the butoons on the spray head keep getting stuck when I want to switch from full flow to spray .
