The pieces seem to be mismatched. The sprayer is shiny chrome, but the other pieces are a combination of shiny and matte finish. My husband did the install while I was at work. He had to go out and buy new hoses as the ones included didn't work. Disappointing, as it's not like you can return it and get a replacement right away. One of the downfalls of buying online. I purchased through Wayfair because we couldn't find this same 3 piece faucet anywhere near us. I can confirm that it works.
