I have a lot of discomfort sitting up at all and got this to replace using my zero gravity lawn chair in the shower. It has the squishiest seat I could find. I find it works for me with a cushion added but is still a bit uncomfortable since im not in semi-fowler position. It is sturdy and high quality, so if you need a shower chapter, I do recommend it!

This shower chair is amazing, and so is Wayfair! The first one came with a slight defect, so they replaced it really quickly. From the time I opened the package until I placed the chair in my tub, I don't think 10 minutes went by. It is so comfortable, sturdy, and roomy, and IT FITS IN AN APARTMENT SIZE TUB!!! I am elated, to say the least. I LOVE this chair!
