This is a professional grade product but more than that this company is 100% about customer service and relations.one of the water valve stems was damaged. I contacted the seller to attempt to purchase another valve stem. They sent an entire new set-notvjust the valve.

This was heavy and not cheap although the price may have you thinking it is. Our bathroom is amazing

Ran into a couple issues getting the valves to seal without leaking. The mount for the faucet doesn't fit between standard 16" studs which requires them to be notched. Now that it is installed it looks good and works well.

It was nice, felt like waterfalls fallin in my tub However it was not as sturdy and whoever will install it needs to be very careful with the water switch

Great flow and pressue - fairly easy to install but it was a little tight with the tile so make sure to measure the width of your wall
