this is so cute and easy to put together. 10/10 recommend! great price too!

My order arrived in a damaged cardboard box; however, there was no damage to the towel bar. The directions are difficult to decipher (diagrams only). Fortunately, it's pretty simple to figure out. I used painter's tape to hold the screw to my screwdriver in step 1. There's no reason I could discern for the silver-colored cog (#210F) that holds the bar to the wall for being different than the other three (210E). After taking the photos, I cleaned up the zip ties I used to hold and hide the power cord. This takes a while to warm up & I might never use it. I hope it's a good selling point when I eventually sell my home. I added photos to this when originally submitting the review; however, many of my Neighbor's Program/Tried & True reviews have had the photos deleted.

This is a great addition to a ski house or for anyone who lives in a colder climate. The rack heats up quickly and warms the towels nicely. There is only one heat setting as far as I can tell. The rungs and overall system are a bit chunkier than I would have liked. I might have gone with something less obvious than black knowing this. I’m also realizing that we will need an electrician because there is no plug close to where I want to hang the towel rack and the cord is relatively short. My recommendation is to figure that piece out first, before purchasing.

Overall, this towel heater works well. It’s easy to install and I like that. It has a timer. The downside is it isn’t the most officially appealing and I don’t like the cord if I were to order it again I have to get the one that sits on the floor and you put the towel in it

The towel rack I never knew I needed until now and now I can't live without it! There is nothing like getting out of the shower and having a warm towel waiting for you! This heated towel rack works perfectly and has a full sized bathtowel heated in just a a few minutes. The controls are easy to see and easy to use. Assembly did include having to drill some holes in the wall, but it was well worth it! Very sturdy and looks amazing!
