good service and decent product. You need to go online to find out how to reverse the handles. The instructions that came with them just said "reverse them".

Hubby had a little trouble getting the inside lever to fit the hole properly; once I cut small slots for the mechanical to fit into, it went right in! Operation is still a bit stiff but I think that's because it's new and such a tight fit. It does work and looks great; I'd buy it again!
