I bought this from another source and had it installed by a plumber. It looks great and is a breeze to clean. The patterned bottom does NOT make it non-slip. You will want to be sure to have a grab bar and/or a tub mat if you use this with a shower. The rim around the top of the tub seems to slope slightly toward the wall on all sides, maybe to keep toiletries from sliding off, but it also means that water pools against the caulk in the seam with the wall. You will need to keep it wiped dry to prevent mildew.

after struggling with trying to find a enamel steel tub to fit into an existing spot and having no luck, I decided on this tub. The cheaper models offered by competitors had mixed to bad reviews. This tub is very rigid and looks great. It is light yet strong. I would recommend it to anyone who has to manuver a tub upstairs yet does not want a flimsey nor cheap tub. Follow directions!!

I purchased this tub after learning about it through my parents. They put this tub into a bathroom that they finished in their basement. I liked it cause it was still only 32" wide but felt like a much larger tub. It's great being able to fill up the tub and have most of my body covered in water, where my previous tub only allowed about 9" of water before the overflow. This one gives you almost 18" of water. It's great. I would recommend having an expert install it though, I didn't even attempt to do it.
