Bought two of these sinks for a bathroom remodel. The first one was perfect and is a nice little unit. The second one was a different story. The aft area where the faucets mount had drooped and there was no way it could be mounted. Went through the process of getting a refund and ordering a replacement. By the time the replacement arrived I was pressed for time to get this project completed. When I pulled the sink out of the packing, I found a very large blend on the aft flange. It appears this was done before the unit was glazed. As I was pressed for time and the defect was not visible as it was on the back side of the sink I went ahead and installed the unit. The problem is I paid full price for a quality sink and ended up with a second. What irritates me even more, is that this defect was large and couldn't be missed, Proflo packaged this up and sold it as defect free sink, not a second. I'm in the process of remodeling a second bathroom. Rest assured I will NOT buy a Porflo sink again.

We purchased two of these sinks and both came quickly and in good condition. It's hard to rave over them because they are, after all, just vitreous sinks, but they were exactly what we needed. We did have one minor problem when we ordered them -- I forgot to indicate our alternate shipping address when I first made the order. Recognizing this mistake, I changed the delivery address. This triggered a security alert and the order was canceled. A telephone call got the issue straightened out; a new order was issued and the sinks were promptly shipped. This was good service recovery.
