I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. The upper arm doesn’t screw tightly at first, but I realized it’s actually designed to remain loose. Once I understood that, it worked perfectly. I did try to call the “24/7” hotline about the loose upper arm, but both phone numbers were inactive. The QR code for the training video also didn’t link to this product—it redirected to a completely different one. Overall, the product itself gets 5/5, but customer service gets 0/5.

Incredible packaging, everything you need in the box EXCEPT a masonry bit to drill two holes through your tile to mount the lower portion of the rod assembly. The shower system works as advertised with an easy-to-reach accessible control valve to direct the water flow to either the overhead rain head or the handheld head. We had a previous system that had that feature, but the control valve was located way up by the shower head making it difficult for my elderly father to reach. Fit and finish on the components themselves are very nice, and it looks great in our shower.
