i was ripped off basically, the product box was beat up and pre taped , so obvious it was NOT A NEW ITEM, but pre opened. the contractor was here and there were 3 pieces missing so could not be installed and you cannot but this piece seperately. Then i phoned wayfair and they will ship the parts in 2 weeks so NO SHOWER FOR ME, and then they said i would get a refund of 10% off the item put on my card. And INSTEAD I GOT 10% off my next purchase with a expiry dated. Are you kidding me, paid a contractor, have to wait and they knew the product they send was an open box. now i cant attach the photos of the trashed box . hmmmmm

Quality performance and show room looks.

Make sure you buy a temperature valve as that is NOT included. I haven’t used it but I’m excited. This shower system is beautiful and compliments my design well. The pressure visually appears decent, not on the massage level however.
