This item arrived very quickly. It was packaged very well, it arrived in mint condition. However, instructions were missing. We researched the company’s website and found no instructions either. We contacted the manufacturer who provided basic instructions. However, it didn’t work out for us. In order to install this, you will need to change the whole shower system. It will work for someone whose looking to renovate their shower system. I am giving it three stars because the quality looks really good and sturdy. I took two stars off because it’s complicated system to install and the missing instructions were pain to deal with.
