Refuge Complete Shower System with Rough-in Valve 3006-CH

I loved the look of this set (and price). I bought it before my contractor suggested I use delta/moen/kohler for the rough valve. After doing more research I followed his advice and bought a delta rough valve and handle but used the shower head/handheld & bar from this set. Our Reno was done 20 months ago, since then the black finish on the pieces from this set have chipped a lot and started chipping rather quickly. In the last month or so the handheld spray options no longer work and it just sprays out of the whole thing. Water also comes out of the side of the face on the handheld. We don't use the rainfall as much as we do the handhelds and that part seems fine. I was going to use the rough valves for our other bathroom Reno but after the chipping and handheld issues I feel you get what you pay for with these items and I'd rather pay more for something that'll last.

Love it! We bought this in August, and I wanted to wait until it was installed. Absolutely beautiful. Not cheaply constructed. My husband is a contractor but said it was easy to install. It was missing a piece, but I contacted customer service, and they sent one right away. Great service. Very high end piece.

Works great so far! is exactly what I wanted!

Quality isn’t the best and ours came with missing parts. Still waiting for someone to get back to me. Pushed our entire bathroom renovation back and Wayfair wasn’t much helpful nor did they try to make up for the mistake.

I can’t believe the quality And how beautiful it is in my shower.Love it !
