Update: Have had less than 2 months and the arm that holds the shower head has developed several tiny pin holes in the metal so water is spraying out in all directions above the shower head. Wayfair has ordered replacement part but now I have to figure out if we can replace or if I have to hire someone to do it for me, plus I'm concerned this will happen again, so really not happy about this at all. It's a shame because it really is a nice looking system and the water pressure and hand held are great. So far so good. Only used a couple of times but water pressure is great, switching back and forth between shower head and hand held easy and you can use both at the same time if diverter is at an angle. Only confusing part is the valve itself. For hot water the handle needs to be turned to the left which to me is backwards.

I love this shower. It looks beautiful and modern. We haven’t install it yet but I am sure it will work great. This is the third shower I am purchasing from Pulse company. I was very happy with my previous purchases and their customer service is excellent.
