I had a horrible experience with Wayfair. I ordered glass Coastline tile and paid an extra $350 to receive it expedited. They sent 3 of the 4 boxes expedited, but my tile guy could not start without all the boxes, so I paid and extra $350 for nothing since the tile had to sit and wait for the 4th box. Wayfair refunded the expedited fee for the 4th box, but it should have refunded the entire amount since if they had told me I could not receive the whole order as expedited then I would have never paid the extra money. Now I keep asking to speak to a manager and no one will contact me. Horrible, never using Wayfair again!!
