Pressure Balanced Complete Shower System with Rough-in Valve JK0075

Absolute GARBAGE of a product. It's been barely over a year since it was installed and it started showing signs of rust. Within a short period of time, the rain shower literally split open and started leaking from the side. I would stay away from this brand.

Horrible, worst purchase ever. We remodeled our home and bought THREE of these. The remodel took much longer that estimated and these weren't installed until months after receiving. The one in my master bathroom started shooting water from the TOP of the shower head where the seams didn't hold up a couple of months after installation. I contacted Wayfair, they asked for a video/pictures. I sent it and then they told me they were sorry but I had to contact manufacturer. What? I bought it from Wayfair plus plenty of other items for the remodel. Terrible customer service/empathy. Also why have me take a video to just say basically too bad? Whatever, my husband tried to patch it up so now it looks ugly. Then months later the one in the visitor bathroom started doing the same! This shower was used LESS THAN 10 times and it busted just like the one in the master. The last shower which ironically probably gets the most use is still fine. Perfect and beautiful. But 2 out of 3 is not okay. Horrible to have spent over 100k for a remodel (3 bathrooms and master) and have 2 terrible looking and non functional showers. Do not buy and definitely not from WAYFAIR that doesn't back their products but rather puts it on the customer. So disappointed with both the products and the customer service.

I love my new rain fall shower head and fixtures it makes my shower look so elegant I would likely recommend to purchase

I was really nervous about ordering this shower system, but I'm glad that I did! Since I installed the shower valve/lever on the same wall, I was also concerned if I would get hit with hot or cold water when I turn it on. There is a nice 1-2 second delay whenI turn on the water so I don't get soaked just yet. The water pressure is just right, the quality of material is great (contractor was also impressed with the quality), it cleans pretty easily, and it looks good with the other elements in the shower. I also love that the rainfall shower head tilts in multiple directions.
