Incredible looking fireplace. Really unified the space. The flame is beautiful and relaxing. I didn’t get it for the heat element, perhaps will try on colder days. Does mar easily so care around it is needed. As others, I filled crevices with caulk for a finished look. Customer support was excellent. Made me want another Real Flame for the bedroom.
