Je recommande ce produit et les instructions sont précises pour l'assemblage. La boîte pèse 120 lbs et très bien emballée. Par contre il y avait une pièce de bois fendillée et j'ai pu la réparée sans que cela se voit au final. C'est probablement une négligence de celui qui a fait le placement des pièces lors de la mise en boîte. Puis je conseille fortement à Wayfair de proposer un transporteur postal plus fiable et plus précis dans ses mises à jour du suivi. Il y a eu une erreur d'adresse de livraison de la part de Fedex pour ensuite m'informer que mon colis était perdu et ce dernier est revenu comme enchantement le lendemain à mon adresse sans que je sois avisé. Fedex est un transporteur mal organisé à mon avis. J'ai informé rapidement Wayfair de cet événement et le service à la clientèle s'est montré super attentionné et j'ai rapidement été en contact avec eux. Je recommande fortement wayfair. N.B Sachez que ce produit arrive en 2 boîtes non livrées le même jour. Bravo et Merci.

I absolutely love this fireplace, it’s perfect. It puts off heat or no heat, your choice. I have it in our game room to make things cozy in the winter. It is very inviting.

Love this fireplace!!! It’s sturdy and made very well. it did not take me long to put together at all! I have had it for six months now and I could not be happier! I wish I would have bought it sooner! I love how there are different settings that you can put on there for colors as well as the heat which works great! you can set the temperature!!

Not a fan at all. Was hoping this would bring warmth to the room but instead of the mantel being a warm brown it’s basically black. There was also a small nick on the mantel right out of the box. I have buyers remorse and wish it could be returned.
