Bustillos Complete Shower System with Rough in-Valve

I purchased this shower system for the full-gut remodel on our main bathroom. I shopped extensively on many websites for fixtures in this price range. There were options that were less expensive but I wanted quality and something that will stand the test of time so I took a leap of faith and bought this. Even though I'd never heard of the brand, I settled on this shower system because of the in-depth description on the Wayfair website. I even visited the link to the manufacturer's website and watched their videos. When the fixtures arrived, I was impressed by the care the manufacturer took in packing the pieces. Each component was wrapped with care which indicated to me that they took pride in their product. My plumber was impressed by the quality of the valve and he found it easy and intuitive to install, especially since it came with a built-in level. He was impressed by the quality of the valve and each component. I wasn't sure that we needed a 17" arm for the shower but it gives us just enough room to move around under the shower. I am thrilled with this purchase and with the Wayfair website that I just ordered a shower bench!

Seems like pretty good quality/heavy metal pieces (the hose might not be metal). My one complaint so far (I have JUST installed two of these in two different showers/rooms) is that the hot water gets cooler after a 30 seconds. If you turn the heat up, the same thing happens repeatedly. This is happening in in both showers. My house did not have this issue before these fixtures were installed.

I bought three different shower systems for our new house and this one was by far the best. It works great, looks great and the handheld has plenty of water pressure. Wish I had gotten this one for all of the bathrooms.
