I have received two of these, and neither one was a marble base as promised. The first one I received had a banged up metal base. Neither one had the bar for the toilet paper storage to keep it off the ground. The second one I received would be nice if that were what I ordered. As it was not what I ordered, it misses the mark. Customer service was friendly, but completely unsatisfactory in addressing my concerns that I would receive the wrong product for third time after waiting another whole week. Nor could they offer a satisfactory reimbursement for the ongoing hassle resulting from the misrepresentation on their website. I have given up ever seeing this product as it is described.

Super easy to put together and looks sleek.

Base is heavy enough to keep it stable and looks very nice on our rolled floors, yeah for no more toilet paper holder being pulled out of the wall!

Really nice stand. sturdy and well made
