I just purchased this, thinking it would be fairly premium, as it is all-wood construction. The attention to detail on this is very lacking. The three drawers open and close very hard. I discovered it is because the slides are slightly wider than the slots in the drawer bottom. I had to pull off a slide and shim it 1/8” and reattach to relieve the tension on each drawer. The drawers also are not level, so you will need to adjust that, as well as know how to adjust the fully adjustable hinges on the cabinet doors. The other thing worth noting would be, if you have a 72” space, do not buy the 72” cabinet. The top is longer, and the doors go right to the edge, so if you try to slide it in to an exact space, it will not allow you to open the doors, and you will have to do a lot of extra work.

Good build quality, the sinks, countertops, and backsplash are not attached which in our case made it easier to get to a second floor bathroom. All put together is heavy.
