The hand held shower looks cheap and one of the pieces looked used. Wayfair customer service is excellent!! They replaced it right away.

The product arrived on time but the product itself was a mess. It was not in the correct packaging and there were no installation instructions. Also some small parts were missing. Luckily my plumber could work around it and replaced some of the missing bits. Haven't tested the item yet as bathroom is still being built. Seems not to be away fairs fault, but the supplier.
