The door looks good, however I am very disappointed in the processing of this order all together! 1) I made the order over the phone, and the wrong sized door was sent. 2) I called to process an exchange/return, and spoke with 2 representatives for approx 30 mins each and was told that someone will be in contact with me within 3 days to set up a pick up. When the 3 days passed without a call, I called back to follow up just to find out that my original refund WAS NOT PROCESSED to begin with! Coupled with the fact that it took 6 weeks longer to arrive than originally expected, I am pretty angry and frustrated! 3) I now have to try to reschedule my super busy contractor to install the door whenever it arrives - which is a struggle in itself. Is this something that a 10% coupon can heal?? This whole experience is why I do not like ordering furniture online....very disappointed!

Good quality for the cost. Its heavy and looks massive over our little bathroom door, but we ordered larger for more coverage. Still need to add a handle

The picture does not do it justice. The door looks great. It has a subtle pattern on both sides which is awesome. It came well packed. No issues at all! Now I just need a second one.
