Our ceilings are 12 feet tall and this baseboard looks great! The detail on the base looks amazing

I ordered 4 boxes and they sent me 1. I was led to believe that the rest were on the way, but they didn't show up and I had to jump through hoops to find out where my order was and am still waiting on a resolution. There was no impact protection for the baseboard, so the corners and edges are smashed and damaged. They should be overall usable with some trimming and filler, but expect to find some damage, and maybe 3/4 of your order missing.

A lot of the boards are warped and poor quality. Also, when they were bundled the straps were so tight they damaged boards and had no cardboard protectors. Essentially didn’t get what I paid for with this item and I spent alot of $$$.

Overall they were great, but there were a handful of pieces that came with dings, chips, or cracks

Very nice molding! Looked exactly as shown. Packaged well and arrived in great condition. Would order again!
