The holder is great--simple and easy to put up. As for the manufacturers, seems like they're terrified the consumer might actually be able to get the product loose from its heavy cardboard & metal packaging so they can use it. Have your hacksaw ready!

Good quality. Exactly what we needed for a space issue. Mounting screws included, although too long for attaching to cabinet - made for wall attachment with anchors. Otherwise, very satisfied with purchase.
