Compact unit with very high efficiency. Supplies plenty of water with showers, washing machine, dishwasher all running at once. Worth the switch from a regular tanked water heater.

Great quality unit at a decent price. Comes with recirculating pump and thermo-valve. Installation is relatively easy but does need dedicated intake + vent pipes - so may need to cut a new hole in outside wall.

Produces hot water, but has GPM WAY below what it should be for the temperature rise we have. Not sure why, and can't seem to find someone to diagnose the issue or get it resolved. As a result it's not great. Pump has gotten louder with time as well which I'm not happy about
