This smart toilet by Rizzon is just so-so in comparison with other smart toilets that I own and have had. I want to give it 3 stars for the issues I will mention below, but because it’s basically exactly what it states on the website, I am giving it 4 stars. I am taking one star away because it is supposed to have a foam feature and it does not. I got this toilet for my father’s bathroom in our basement. The features are pretty basic, heated seat, which is nice, wash, flush, dry, but nothing fancy. The one very important thing that should be noted on the website is that if a person has a pacemaker or other medical device that can be affected by strong magnets should be clearly stated. I didn’t realize this until after my handyman spent four hours installing this toilet and I read the manual. I immediately called Wayfair to ask just how dangerous this is as my father has a pacemaker. The associate submitted an inquiry to the manufacturer and we are awaiting a response. I will be terribly upset if we have to uninstall this toilet. It may only be an issue with toilets that have automatic open and close lids, and this one does not have that feature. In addition, my handyman had to cut into the drywall and move the waterline over to accommodate to width of the toilet. So please keep that in mind that these smart toilets are slightly wider and because they are skirted, waterlines may be too close for proper installation. This was also the case with my other smart toilet. Lastly, the manual states that this model has a foaming feature. I can see the inset where the liquid solution can be poured in, however I cannot remove the latch. It is like it’s glued shut. On the website it does not mention the foam feature, only in the manual. The picture shows what’s on the toilet and I took a picture of the area where it’s supposed to go but again, I couldn’t open it. So, I am guessing that this is not a working feature for this model. Which is one reason I really wanted this toilet. There is a flap that should cover the water
wand and it arrived broken. I do not know whether this smart toilet will work for us, because of my father’s pacemaker, I just hope that it will not be an issue.
