I bought this faucet for a sink that I was going to replace in a future kitchen project. I had a problem and contacted the company by e-mail, they responded the next day....awesome service! Faucet is fantastic.

Although getting my old faucet out proved to be difficult, this new faucet was so easy to install I think my 11 year old could have done it! Definitely DIY, very straight forward. Very high quality faucet. Seems well-built. Includes a counter-weight to pull the head back into its socket.Water lever works smoothly, feels solid.
