I ordered this part to replace the old part and noticed that the new part did not have a pre drilled screw hole as the old part did. I went ahead and replaced the part without the screw and the faucet still dripped. You are better off keeping the old part and just replace the seals and springs which fixed the leak. The quad had part#41534 stamped on it but its N/a to purchase.

I purchased the Ashlyn In2ition with integrated volume control (Part #17464 ss I ) and had it installed in our guest bathroom. With in 3 months my shower head began leaking. Now I'm told I need to replace the the seats, springs and cartridge in the rough in valve ( Part # R10000 UNBX ), very disappointed this purchase.
