I never have problems with your orders, but this door came missing parts, is scratched, and cuts the boards

At first glance, the product looks cute, but the material is real, solid wood—and extremely heavy. This is not something you can install safely without proper construction knowledge or a clear understanding of your home’s structure. Despite hiring a professional to install it, the door fell off just three weeks later, which was both frustrating and dangerous. If this door falls on a child, a pet, or any adult, it could cause serious injury. Buyers should be aware that depending on the layout and materials of their home, they may even need to break into walls for proper installation. Overall, I do not recommend this product unless you are fully prepared for additional costs, structural modifications, and the risk that it may not stay securely in place.

Easy assemble, more difficult install to drywall, but once that was accomplished, we are loving it! Gorgeous!

The worst product I have spent money on. We have spent more money on this door than what I priced it for just to get it to be ok. The boards came warped- with a large crack in one of them. We had to do multiple wood fills and sanding to get it to even fit together. The holes to hang the pieces were not in the right spot so we had to re drill and wood fill those as well. Then when hanging the door the entire door is not straight. The side pieces are not straight so there is about a 1/2” gap from top to bottom. We now need to take it off and shave the sides to make it level. Super frustrating.
